What's the difference between Cloud AI and Local AI?
Cloud AI uses powerful remote servers (OpenAI, Google) for faster results and advanced models. Local AI runs entirely on your device—completely private, no internet needed, and unlimited usage on all plans.
What's included in the Free plan?
500 Cloud AI tokens/month, unlimited Local AI, 15+ file format support, PDF/video/image tools, and no watermarks. Free users have queued processing and 1080p max export resolution.
What does 'queued processing' mean?
Free users can run one task at a time. If you're exporting a video, you'll need to wait until it finishes before starting another task like TTS or image generation. Plus subscribers can run multiple tasks in parallel.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
You can still use all Local AI features unlimited. For Cloud AI, you can either wait for your monthly refresh or upgrade to a higher Plus tier for more tokens.
Do unused tokens roll over?
Yes, monthly tokens roll over for up to 2 months. So if you don't use all your tokens one month, they'll still be available the next.
Can I switch or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrade or cancel at any time—you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
What does 'parallel jobs' mean?
Parallel jobs let you run multiple tasks at the same time. For example, export a video while generating images and running TTS—all simultaneously. Higher Plus tiers allow more concurrent tasks, which is great for batch workflows.
